Previous experiance:
I've lead trips to the Victorian Alps, New South Wales Alps, South Western Tasmania and Queensland. I've also done some climbing and walking in Nepal.

What do you enjoy about being a leader:
The freedom ,the adventure and challenge of relying on your our experince and judgement. also the great friendships formed with a common experience. the magic moments in the bush - the smell of Gums after rain, the distant lightning at night from a high campsite, the hush that falls when it is snowing in the Alps, the chuckle of water over pebbles at a rain forest camp site.

Why did you become a leader:
I enjoy meeting so many diverse people and sharing my enjoyment of our outdoors.

Other hobbies/interests:
Reading, pottering around at home, genealogy, spending time with grand children.
